2. Hand Off Your Item

We work around your schedule!

A SENDiT team member will arrive at your door to retrieve your item and collect payment.

3. That’s It! We Handle The Rest.

We deliver your item back to our fulfillment center to be prepped for packaging.

Once your item is packaged by our trained team members, we attach a shipping label to the box and dispatch the package to the Post Office Courier.

Shipping packages through any postal service can be a hassle!

You need boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and markers. Once you actually do have your item packaged, you need to find time out of your day to travel to the post office and stand in line to ship a package.

Using your mobile device, you can now ship a package without having to leave your home or needing supplies.

SENDiT uses a streamlined process that allows you to have a hassle-free experience compared to the struggles of traditional shipping methods.

Common Questions

  • We charge you a slightly discounted postage rate + an additional flat fee of $15.00 for our services.

    This total cost includes pickup of your item, packaging your item, and dispatching your item to the post office for shipment.

  • You can ship anything that fits inside of our large messenger bags upon pickup as long as they do not violate our restricted items policy.

    Our pickup messenger bags measure 14”x14”x12” Inches.

  • Our trained team member delivers your item safely back to our fulfillment center near by.

    We then evaluate and prepare your item for shipment. Professional packagers will wrap your item in a box with the correct protection, tape a prepaid shipping label on the box that is catered to your shipment preferences, and dispatch the box to the chosen Postal Courier.

    Once the package is in the hands of the Postal Courier, they carry out the normal operations to deliver the package to its destination.

  • Once your package is successfully dropped off at the designated post office, you’ll be notified with a photo confirmation and a tracking number.

  • We make pickups on Monday-Friday between 9:00am-6:00pm.

    We try to have a flexible schedule to ensure the process is the most convenient it can.

  • You are not charged until we arrive at your door. Once a team member has arrived, they will have a mobile payment terminal which accepts all credit/debit cards and NFC methods (Apple Pay).

  • Yes! But you must meet the SENDiT pickup messenger at the front door/lobby area of your apartment building/complex.

  • We are currently only offering our service in Brooklyn, New York.

    Once an item arrives at our fulfillment center, we evaluate the dimensions, weight, and shape of that item to determine the best box and packaging materials designated to protect it on the journey to its destination.

  • Yes! If you need to send multiple items within one box, just describe each item on the SENDiT form so we know what to expect for your shipment.

  • No! Sorry, we are a cash-free business.

  • SENDiT is not responsible for any issue regarding your package such as package theft, route delays, or lost shipments.
